Add a diced tomato after removing the seeds from inside. Add this hot jaggery mix to the rice batter . Cover the moulds and keep them overnight for best results or at least overnight. U can make a small portion for trial before making bulk .. Mix this well. Keep this out for 4 hours or more to set. Try it out at least for once and experience the happiness as I did!
