Do not rely on the bar staff for maintaining a strict tab--the bartender told us that it was not his job to pay attention to that.

Overall the hotel rooms were standard rooms, but we did over hear some guests commenting on the outdated televisions in most of the rooms. She did not leave until she checked in with us to make sure we were happy. We didn't use the hotel for our wedding and I believe this is part of the reason we received dismal service. Civil Union, Commitment Ceremony, Elopement, Interfaith Ceremony, Non-Religious Ceremony, Religious Ceremony, Second Wedding , Vow Renewal Ceremony, Bar & Drinks, Cakes & Desserts, Food & Catering, Planning, Service Staff. We all know a beautiful spirit was among us helping to unite two amazing souls. The Ethan Allen accommodated every single request we had, from where we wanted framed photos placed to literally the flowers in the courtyard. The party of 7 (including two elderly grandparents) had to drive through the night (in the pouring rain) to CT so that they would make it to our rehearsal dinner (they were charged for those hotel rooms in D.C. that they never made it to); they made it to Ethan Allen around 7:30 Friday morning. The hotel was certainly humming the week of your wedding. Love, Eileen, Chef Claudio, and the entire staff at Ethan Allen Hotel. The dinner tables in the conservatory were set up beautifully we were blown away when we saw them.

George outdid himself with the lighting and staging. The hotel is gorgeous and was renovated just in time for our event. But I have saved the best for last Eileen, or Wonder Woman as I came to think of her in my head. The ballroom is elegant and the food is delicious. Even with a few last minute changes the week of wedding she made sure all details were exactly as planned. .

It was love at first sight! Minnie Spruill was absolutely wonderful as was Crystal, the server assigned to our party of 33. Everything was fantasic and the staff went above and beyond for you. Also, the only difference between the rooms were that the DELUXE suite has a refridgerator and a small table, all rooms look the same except for the fridge and table.and refridgerators cost fifteen dollars a night if you are lucky enough to get one. The hotel rooms where clean roomy and check in with our guests hotel bags couldn't have been more seamless.

I knew within minutes of our first meeting that we would be fast friends.

Our experience with another hotel (where we had another room-block) when they realized they didn't give the gift bag to one guest, was to send someone to the room immediately. The bridal suite was perfect to get ready in for the ladies as well. My mother's shower didn't even turn on and maintenance had to rip out the wall to replace the pipe, the front desk people appeared annoyed with anyone (their guests) bothering them, and their single hotel restaurant had the strangest hours but was accommodating and stayed open for those of us needing a late morning breakfast the day after the wedding. You can surely see that everyone had the time of their lives, because Anthony captured them perfectly. aight up to their rooms at the end of the night - plus the property was beautifully renovated over the last two years! Blessings for a beautiful life together with many more miracles! We couldn't be happier at the Ethan Allen Hotel! I wish you all the love your hearts can hold. What people don't tell you about booking your wedding at the Ethan Allen is that it comes with Our friends and family are still talking about my daughter and son-in-law's wedding 9/19/15! The staff is not very helpful or accomodating, and again it just looks very tired. ected this hotel for it's location and good nightly rates (many of our family members were staying multiple nights and we needed reasonable rates).

Your pure joy was heartwarming. The day of the wedding everything was beautiful, and the staff who help coordinate the day were great. The ceremony was one of my all time favorites. Robert, Sunny & Gregory are our super stars!!

As mentioned, I have celiac disease (as well as my mother and some family members and friends) and when I first met Eileen she assured me she was "crazy" when it came to allergies and it would be no problem to hold a 100% gluten free wedding.

That was probably the only upside.

She helped us plan the decor in the conservatory which made for the most beautiful space for the ceremony.
