Wasn't expecting much when I bought this set. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. However, the diagrams in this book were nothing exceptional when compared to other books, in fact, a bit poorer than other books.

As an instructor, you can of course just omit the chapter or cut/paste what you want of that chapter into other chapters. Each section has learning objectives listed. I think that it would be easy for an undergraduate to read that has not been exposed to anatomical and physiological concepts yet. For example, mitosis is included but not meiosis. The text covers each subject area appropriately. Physiology is the study of various organs functions & how they are integrated to produce the co-ordinate action of the whole body. This in effect renders the index and using other chapters as reference completely useless to a visually impaired student. On page 152, the Pubic Symphysis is not listed as a location of fibrocartilage.
