I went down this same road and if you don't get the right gas cap your check engine light will come on and the diagnostic reads "slight vapor leak in the EVAP system", in my search I went to 3 different auto parts stores. Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not; a sense of humor to console him for what he is. From what I can tell there is no one within an hour of me who actually can key the thing. Actually Mopar does make the locking gas cap, I found that out after I had bought mine, but it was simpler to just go get the thing locally anyway. I have spent 4 off days running the damn thing to different locksmiths that "can do it" only for them to tell me they can't, or that I need to buy them a $200 wafer kit to do it with.
