I really love this. S Passione was launched in 2017. No sophistication whatsoever, that's saddening. Deep and light at the same time. She has been using this perfume for a long time. I was really excited to try it again and was contemplating a full bottle. In the original Si, it's the woods which give it a very magical airy feeling, like floating on a cloud. Thankfully, it doesn't change drastically as it dries down which is a plus to me - what you get at the beginning is what stays on your skin. This flanker is quite different from the original Si, I don't like it at all, it reminds me of an old Avon perfume. So for me as a middel ages woman - I think I will use it as a fresh fragrance for those days I crave sweet scents. I do mean tasty in a sexy way, also unique since I've never smelled this exact scent before on other fragrances. I you are looking for something inoffensive for spring/summer, this is definitely that. Last a long time & is a huge compliment getter! I love it because it just smells clean and fresh. I am more careful with this scent as anything over two sprays becomes too strong and cloying, but considering the longevity and projection of this one, 1-2 sprays is all it takes, anyway. In theory the notes sound really good, but the result just fails to become something more other than its association by its name. $2.87, $3.19 Not soapy in a clean way, oddly, but in an artificial way as if I'd rubbed some sort of detergent on myself and didn't rinse it off. Now I just tested a sample with more attention and to me it's straight up fruity (not luxurious) shampoo - not my cup of tea. I then tried the 2021 intense and its beautifully done so I then got a sample of this and this surprised me a lot. If you find Tom Ford's Lost Cherry too adult or too domme, try this. Its the first thing you notice. Smells like hairspray or cheap body splash. Top notes are Pear, Black Currant, Pink Pepper and Grapefruit; middle notes are Pineapple, Rose, Jasmine and Heliotrope; base notes are Vanilla, Cedar, Amberwood and Patchouli. Very fruity and floral, not very modern though. Its nice and I enjoy the opening more than the dry down, but to me I feel like its missing something. About ten minutes in, the rose appears. That 1 didn't do well either because I think when fruit is present with soap or musk and patchouli people just feel confused. Why even have pachouli?
