The Westin was the first venue I looked at, but I knew it was the perfect reception venue right away! We looked at many other hotels downtown to have our wedding at and for the price and the elegance of the room, I really dont think you can beat the Westin! We were told more times than we could count by guests that our wedding was the most elegant and classiest wedding they had ever attended! From making sure that the parents of the Bride and Groom had royal accommodations to adjusting her schedule to stay super late for our food tasting, her commitment to service is unheard of! Our guests are still talking about the service delivered by the Westin. The bar staff was perfection! There were no apologizes or comps provided. the whole place. We had many compliments from our guests and it was also very fun. all my i's dotted and t's crossed. It was beautiful and such a nice surprise.

I said to my new hubby I cant image she treats all of her brides like this! There were also so many small details that made the Westin exceptional; for example, during the reception the staff serviced the bridal suite and left us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered cherries. No stone was left unturned. The staff at the Westin does a great job making sure everything goes seamlessly the day of. Requires a relatively large room.

The hotel also provided convenient accommodations for the guests who needed them. While our liaison changed three times, we finally ended up working with Penny, whom we loved. (after multiple tries) the response always came off SO rude.

Additionally, the Grand Ballroom is quite majestic and a grand venue for a wedding. She was very organized, explained everything clearly, and was very helpful with suggestions.

The transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception were seamless. Your wedding party will love staying in our newly renovated guest rooms and suites. ith Natalie truly made the whole experience top notch. Beyond being a beautiful venue the staff at the Westin really make the venue stand out.

They did a great job in accommodating our requests. The ballroom at the Westin is beautiful and does not require a lot of your time and effort to make look pretty. elped to make our dream wedding come true!!!

After dinner the head chef came out and talked to us to be sure that we were happy with the food! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! Definitely more of a boutique feel than a convention-y hotel feel!

It was a worry free experience, and not any issue, except our own when we realized we did forget the Challah (blessing of the bread) and Linsey the wedding planner, ran across the street to the kosher deli and found us some. The food was cooked perfectly and on par with high-end restaurants, and the staff was so nice and extremely detail oriented.

Caitlin was very helpful with the block and all of our guests seemed happy with their rooms! Honestly, I was concerned when Linsey told me they had a new chef. On the actual day, Linsey and the banquet staff moved with our DJ and speech time. Tom Graffeo We sure did, and our guests still rave about their experiences there as well. Thanks Westin and Melissan for making the day so special!!! The wedding coordinator at the Westin is no longer there which may resolve some of the issues.

They had our faux cake stored for us to pick up the next morning. Now alcohol, our bartender was amazing! It is a perfect venue to get married at the ballroom is beautiful and Penny was great to work with! Most of our guests hailed from the East Coast and they simply couldn't get over how gorgeous the ballroom was at the Westin. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and they were very accommodating. Our room was amazing and clean! All of inquiries were answered very promptly (1 - 3 days) prior to the wedding. Start to finish .. this beautiful hotel and staff made our wedding dreams come true!! It's a little pricy, but worth the money. She also was able to remind me of little details that I would forget. I was concerned with only having one person tending our bar, but I shouldn't have been. All of my vendors aside from my invitations were from local Columbus vendors . I was able to relax on my big day as they handled all the setup, even all my crazy little details. Our stunning, newly renovated Grand Ballroom is the premier event venue in Columbus, Ohio. The ball room was amazing! ready in. The WESTIN also holds only 1 party on that level, so no "crashers". When we checked in and reached our room, we realized they had given us a complimentary room upgrade and included chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, and a card signed by all of the staff. Surprised by my experience based on all these great reviews, but my fianc and I decided to take our business elsewhere based on the poor customer service we received from the Westin coordinator.
