Its another brand of icing tubeI think its Australian {but I may have made that up} and the company no longer exists {I may have made that up too}..comparable to PMEs in quality. Now this was just a theory, but its an educated one :-). cake was simple but ealegnt and I just love the way it turned out!!
One note: I create TWO looks with the Wilton 1M. I am slowly stocking up on the Ateco couplers so I can get rid of the Wilton eventuallyalthough I will probably keep one or two to use with my drop flower tips, LOL. You can also create pretty, detailed ruffles using this tip! To give it a more natural look, pipe the grass shape slightly to the sides instead of straight up. Each create a completely different look, so thats why its a wonderful starter collection. Maybe I could make two different batches with different milk products if thats best? Hope you love them.
