I usually double the recipe, and almost always sneak veggies into the sauce by sauteing them with the onion until soft and blending them in. Followed the recipe to a t and put it on lemon rice. The spices gives it a flavoursome, authentic taste, rather than that Americanised creamy flavour. Even my 3 and a 1/2 year old ate it! He said tastes store bought. My family is oblivious. Came out pretty awesome. I did not double the sauce ingredients but did use a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes instead of 14 oz. This was the best butter chicken recipe I have ever followed, The flavours were so beautiful.
