The problem with propane in my RV motor coach is enough flow from the propane tank, which is full, to keep the stove lit after I first ignite the pilot light. One of the things that could be causing this is the propane tank being opened too fast after being connected to the regulator. One thing you could try, and I dont know for sure if this will work, is to add a 2nd stage regulator after the 1st stage.
